Express Wireless was founded in 2005. The Hive found its first home in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. The Bee Team began serving the surrounding areas with the best products in wireless. With the sweetest phones and the very best customer service, The Hive expanded. It swarmed its way south to Spearfish, SD. Continuing the growth in 2008, the Bees expanded again and found their way to Hot Springs, SD. The Hive at Express Wireless carries the absolute best in booster and specialty equipment getting you coverage in some of the toughest areas in the USA. The Bees' have since grown into the largest Alltel dealer in the Black Hills, going as far north as Buffalo, SD, down into Hot Springs, SD, and across the boarder into; North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, and Nebraska. , The Bees' are professionals on what works and what doesn't - Check 'em out!

This letter is long overdue but, nevertheless, no less important!

 I wanted to complement you and your business for the outstanding customer service I receive each time I have occasion to visit Express Wireless.  It’s a welcome change from the corporate offices.

 In particular, I must also thank you for the opportunity you’ve given the young adults of our community.  Quality customer service is an essential life skill to learn for anyone to enjoy success in their future and, from what I’ve experienced, our community’s youth are mastering that while working for you.  It’s more that a cliché; first impressions are so important and it’s a great impression walking in a door to see employees professionally dressed and groomed.  The great customer service is then icing!

 Please pass on my gratitude and congratulations to your young employees; Ashley, McKenzie, Jordon, Sam, and any others I may have missed or not had the pleasure of meeting yet!  (That more mature Julie does a great job too!)
